Nokia 2730c Please help how to flash or disable/bypass security code

Help my security code won't work.. it happened to me before.. but now my security code really won't work..
so now i cant flash my phone because the security key guard is on.. so nss and pc suite can't read it.. it ask to unlock security key guard first...
please please guide me what to do or how to flash it.. or any code to bypass/disable security code..?

Is USB MXKEY & HWK both software that just can be download or is it a combination of software and hardware device..?
I mean is there any hardware involve aside from my usb cable...?
